Eshet Chayil program is working in 16 different towns across the country. Some of the groups are for new immigrants from Buchara and the Caucus and some are for veteran Israelis. In the past 2 months women from the Tikva Quarter in Tel-Aviv, Netivot, Or-Yehuda and Afula completed the 1st stage of the program – the workshops. In Eilat the 1st stage has just started with 30 participants. Placement statistics show that 65% of the participants are successfully placed in long term employment - this is a very high success rate and well above the achievements of the Employment Service of the Government
