The Eshet Chayil program for both veteran Israeli women and Bukharan and Caucasian new immigrant women continues to operate in 15 locations across the country. The program's Employment Club carries out widespread social and enriching activities for many women. This "onsite" activity is not only important but also extremely challenging as the program is long term and multi phase extending over three years.
220 women participate in the program for veteran women, exhibiting placement rates as high as 50%. The program for veteran Israeli women is also planned to begin operating in Nazereth Ilit by the end of the year.
In June regional continuing education programs were held for the new immigrant program coordinators to support the participants' placement process.
