The plea bargain signed secretly between Moshe Katzav and the Attorney General strikes the principle of transparency and equality and crushes the rights of victims of sexual assaults. Katzav must pay for his actions – justice must be demonstrated! We must voice the injustice and protest publicly: Katzav must not evade punishment and must not be allowed to return to public office.
