  • And if that person is your boss, a doctor, a therapist or a teacher (or any other person with authority over you): it is sexual harassment even if you didn't show that you aren't interested.

• If anyone commits any indecent act towards you like exposing himself or touching you sexually against your wishes...THAT IS SEXUAL HARASSMENT!
• If anyone harms you because of sexual harassment or because you complained about sexual harassment . . . THAT IS PREJUDICIAL TREATMENT!

SEXUAL HARASSMENT AND PREJUDICIAL TREATMENT ARE AGAINST THE LAW

You can go to the police. You can file a civil lawsuit in court. You can file a complaint at your workplace.
