The Israel Women's Network is Israel's foremost organization working to attain equality for women. IWN leads social change in matters concerning the status of women.
The IWN takes a broad view of issues important to women in Israeli society, but also addresses specific communities and needs. IWN works to initiate innovative legislation on issues affecting women, introduces new concepts and mechanisms in recognizing the rights of women, bequeaths values of gender equality in schools, promotes women’s rights in the workplace by means of legal work and lectures, defeats sexual harassment as well as collects hard facts to be used in raising awareness and initiating change within the Israeli society.
